Handled vessel/water carrier influenced by Rock crag formations in Swaledale and created using reimagined interpretations of Korean Buncheong techniques;- Made using a blend of dark clay bodies and local ‘Wild’ clay and abstractly decorated with white Porcelain slip. The work has been glazed with a ‘milky’ semi-transparent ash glaze made with ash from my studio fire. The handle is made using Buddleia stem from my garden.
