Wabi Sabi Yunomi cup with Fish scale pattern made on the potters wheel. The pattern is embossed onto the surface of the Yunomi with a paddle during the throwing process and then a white slip is applied to the surface. When dry, the excess slip is shaved away to reveal the pattern.
Glaze: Buncheong style semi-transparent glaze.
Clay: Smooth Black stoneware
Dimensions: Height 8cm x Width 9cm
This Yunomi comes with a Tomobako wooden presentation box.
